The Hazlehurst City School District will be accepting bids from licensed providers in the following areas:

Speech/Language services for approximately 40 students from ages 3-21 in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and each student’s IEP and goals. These services would include but are not limited to conducting speech/language therapy, performing evaluations, writing and contributing to IEPs, and taking part in IEP meetings.

Occupational and Physical Therapy for approximately 10 students from ages 3-21 in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and each student’s IEP and goals. These services would include but are not limited to conducting therapy, performing evaluations, contributing to IEPs, and taking part in IEP meetings.

The window for submitting bids will be open from June 14, 2019 until June 21, 2019. Please submit all bids in email to Mr. Eric Sumrall, Director of Special Services, at esumrall@hazlehurst.k12.ms.us.
